Frank Henry Forbush was born on March 11, 1863 in Leeds Co., WI.  He died October 22,1940 in Adams Co., WI at the age of 77.

Cora Irene Moffit Forbush was born on October 15, 1866 in Spring Bluff, WI.  She died February 10, 1919 in Adams Co., WI at the age of 52.  Her parents were LeRoy and Anna Jane Moffit. (maiden name is unknown)

Frank built this old homestead  between Grand Marsh and Westfield, WI.  All their children, except Roy were born there.  The house has since burned down.
